Lucky Charms!

Our theme for the birthday part was "Lucky Charms!" and we had shamrocks and horseshoes for decorations.

To go along with the cowboy theme, Uncle Alan set up a bullriding site for the kiddos! I even enjoyed it a bit ;)

Party time!

We celebrated both Livi's and Aaron's first birthdays together at Nane and Papa's house on Sunday, March 15th. The weather wasn't really cooperating, but everything turned out so well.

On March 17, 2009, Olivia Alicia Akin turned one year old!

My how the past year has flown by... she is such a light in our lives. She brings us tears, smiles, laughter and utter joy. We are so blessed to have three wonderful, healthy, happy children. :)

Our Santa pic

The kids met Santa at the Riverwalk. This is the first pic I have of Emma and Robbie with a Santa in a long time - this time they weren't as scared.

Livi did very well - she didn't cry at all!

Snow!

We got some snow in December here in the Hill Country. We had about an inch in the back yard.
